Cuisine de Paris is a private chef service formed by Jean Pierre Sayer and Gary Wilusz, both former New Hampshire restaurant owners, both 'Type A' personalities who love what they do!  Jean Pierre studied abroad, and Gary went to the college of hard knocks - between them they have over 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Cuisine de Paris is a unique service, and the perfect option when you want the finest for your guests and your event.  All of the ingredients for your event are purchased on the day of your event, to insure the freshest foods possible.  No other Private Chef service or caterer gives their clients more personal attention, and we will never hurry you.  A typical Cuisine de Paris dinner takes 2-3 hours.

 

Cuisine de Paris can prepare an elegant dinner for your event, from 2 to 60 guests, in the comfort of your own home, back yard, office or even on your yacht!  We specialize in Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Receptions, Private Parties, and Intimate Dinners.
