Steamed spinach with sauted mushrooms, red onion and bacon, flamed in Brandy

 

Steak Dianne 
Pan seared filet mignon flambed in brandy and finished with mushrooms, demi glaze with creme

Veal Oscar with Alaskan King Crab 
Tender veal and sweet king crab, served with asparagus topped with Barnaise

Jumbo shrimp sauted in garlic butter, then flambed in vodka and finished with marinara and crme served over vegetable ravioli
