You may have heard of the old-world elegance and gorgeous grounds of The Governor's Inn. Three historic George Colonial brick homes - built for two former NH Governors that were brothers - are now more than ever the pride of the truly 'Norman Rockwell' town of Rochester, NH. Guests find our accommodations elegant, yet comfortable. Ten rooms are located in the 'main' Inn, where you will find our front desk for check-in, our breakfast sunporch, restaurant, tavern, ballroom, courtyard, and conference room. A few feet across the path is the Rolland Estate with eight more rooms - and the elegant first floor parlor room and dining rooms for special events.

Standing majestically on Valentine Hill is Three Chimneys Inn and ffrost Sawyer Tavern overlooking the Oyster River and the Old Mill Falls.  In the 23 elegantly appointed guest rooms you will find four poster canopy beds, Edwardian bed drapes, rich tapestries and oriental rugs.  Added comforts include full private baths, oversized tubs and Jacuzzi rooms with fireplaces.  Enjoy an afternoon social hour consisting of a variety of cheeses, fresh fruit and wine allowing you the opportunity to relax and unwind.  In the morning our guests are served a full country breakfast served in the Maples Dining Room.  Amenities include makeup mirrors, hair dryers, coffee makers, assorted soaps and shampoo.  At Three Chimneys Inn we welcome the opportunity to extend our warmest hospitality to you.
